Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TMS — the tenant admin web dashboard, the Android/iOS staff app, and each Tenant's e-commerce storefront (together, the "Service") — operated by AH&V Software ("AH&V", "we", "us"), Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TMS is business-management software we license to boutiques, tailoring studios, and garment businesses ("Tenants") on a subscription basis, covering orders, measurements, production tracking, staff/attendance management, payroll, inventory, billing, dispatch, and an optional e-commerce storefront.

2. Accounts and roles

Three kinds of accounts exist on the Service: Tenant admin accounts (the business itself and its managers), staff accounts (created by a Tenant for their employees), and storefront customer accounts (created by end customers of a Tenant's storefront). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. If you're a staff member, your account is provisioned and controlled by your employer (the Tenant); if your employment ends, your employer is responsible for deactivating your access.

3. Subscription, billing & trials

Tenants subscribe to a plan with defined modules and limits. Fees, billing cycle, and any trial period are as shown at signup or in the Tenant's plan/billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may suspend a Tenant's access for non-payment after reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store/transmit content you don't have the right to share;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another Tenant's data, another user's account, or any part of the Service you're not authorized to use;
• Probe, scan, or test the Service's security other than through an authorized security review with our prior written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g. excessive automated requests, denial-of-service);
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Service without our written permission.

5. Data ownership

As between AH&V and a Tenant, the Tenant owns the business, staff, and customer data they put into the Service. We process it on their behalf to provide the Service — see our Privacy Policy for details, including how to request deletion via our Account Deletion page.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers — including Firebase/Google (push notifications, crash reporting), WhatsApp Business API (order/attendance notifications), and Stripe/Razorpay (payment processing). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's own terms.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features and modules may be added, changed, or removed over time, including as part of a Tenant's plan.

8. Termination

A Tenant may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful/abusive use, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AH&V Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
